Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: Some Project components will be financed through a Capex grant of 25.5 million euro: 3 contracts for Saiss component, 5 contracts for Garet component and 2 contracts for ABH component. 2. Information on the Project Project Description: The project will finance works aiming at: (i) the construction of key components of the Saiss irrigation network comprised of the main distribution pipeline as well as the primary and secondary distribution networks (the Saiss II component); and (ii) the rehabilitation and modernisation of the water distribution network and conversion to drip irrigation of the Garet irrigation perimeter (the Garet component) (altogether, the Project). Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
