The solution shall be fully deployed on the European Parliament’s infrastructure, in compliance with its IT, security and data protection requirements, and shall not rely on any cloud-based components. The contract shall also include system integration, testing, training, documentation, maintenance and support services necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the solution throughout the contract duration. The total duration of the contract shall be four years. Performance of the contract shall not begin until the contract is signed.
