The subject of this call for tenders is “Relaunch: VR Laboratory for Moldova”. The subject of this call for tenders is to award a direct contract for the provision of ICT equipment and services to set up a Virtual Reality Laboratory in the Republic of Moldova. The purchases that are the subject of this call for tenders, including any minimum requirements, are described in detail below and the list of hardware and software is in the Annex 7 Technical Proposal. Variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the tender specifications) are not allowed. The contracting authority will disregard any variants described in a tender. The EU4Security Moldova project aims to enhance law‑enforcement capabilities by providing hardware and software to establish a virtual reality laboratory at the police academy in the Republic of Moldova.
