Framework Supply Contract is the provision of reliable supply of highquality branded merchandise and operational clothing, that support the EUAA's communication and operational activities. The EUAA uses two main types of visibility items: branded merchandise and operational clothing. Branded merchandise in these Technical specifications refer to branded stationery to be used at meetings and conferences and similar events, and other branded merchandise to be distributed among the EUAA’s stakeholders, partners and general public. Operational clothing in these Technical specifications refer to the clothing worn by the EUAA`s staff, particularly field workers, so that they are clearly visible and identifiable when performing their duties. Detailed list of the minimum range of items to be provided by the Contractor under the Framework contract shall include the items described below (from Deliverable 1 to Deliverable 3). -- The European Union Agency for Asylum, hereinafter referred to as the EUAA, the Agency or the Contracting Authority, was established by Regulation (EU) 2021/2303111 . The EUAA is an agency of the European Union mandated with supporting Member States in applying the package of EU laws that governs asylum, international protection and reception conditions, known as the Common European Asylum System (CEAS). The EUAA acts as a resource for Member States in the field of international protection, with the ability to provide practical, legal, technical, advisory and operational assistance in many formats. The EUAA appreciates the importance of visual identity as part of its organisational image. The Agency, its activities and contribution must be noticeable and distinguishable. With the establishment of the EUAA, a visual identity was adopted, including a new organisation logo and colour scheme.
