Request for Proposals (RFP) for Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Provision of Digital Learning Services Description: UNOPS invites you to send your quote for the following services within Digital Learning. ● Design and development of online self-paced digital learning resources, including but not limited to, eLearning modules/courses, videos, simulations, scenario-based games; ● Graphic design and content modernization services: design of slides, illustrations, infographics, icons, conversion of face-to-face training materials into content for self-paced online courses and virtual programmes; ● Customization and modification of existing digital learning resources (e.g. localization/translation, re-branding, bug fixing or content redesign). Technical Requirements To ensure cross-platform accessibility and compatibility with UNOPS Learning Management System (LMS), the bidder would need to deliver on the following technical requirements and specifications: ● Courses should conform to SCORM (1.2 and 2004 3rd Edition) or Experience API (xAPI/Tin Can 1.0) standards (Must be imported as a zip package). ● Courses should be HTML 5 compliant to ensure compatibility across modern browsers (incl., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox). ● Courses should be responsive to ensure compatibility across devices (incl., smartphones, tablets, laptops/desktop) and to ensure content automatically displays across different screen sizes and orientations (portrait or landscape). ● Course content/resources should be optimized for quick loading and display to accommodate low bandwidth environments (eg., using light media, embedded content and/or compressed files). ● For fast loading on devices and the LMS, it is recommended to use optimized images in the following file formats; JPG, PNG, JPEG, SVG or GIF. ● To ensure quality and compatibility across devices, videos (including videos within eLearning/online courses) should be compatible across devices and optimized for low bandwidth access. Recommended file formats include MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI and MPEG. ● Other acceptable file formats for deliverables include PDF, PPTX, Google Doc, Google Sheets, or Google Slides. ---
