The EU Platform for Space Traffic Coordination (EU STCP) will:
• Extend coordination beyond EU SST members by enabling the collection and processing of key information, including contact details and manoeuvre data, from external actors.
• Facilitate secure, real-time information exchange, ensuring interoperability between different levels of automation, from manual coordination to automated collision avoidance.
• Reinforce training and capacity building for national authorities and operators, supporting operational readiness and harmonisation of practices across Member States.
• Support interfaces with commercial SSA services, ensuring interoperability in a mixed public-private
environment.
• Prevent data pollution, through the implementation of technical measures that check ingested data
and detect inconsistencies.
• Test Rules of the Road: Assessthe potential implementation of the draft Rules of the Road developed
through the CEN/CENELEC standardisation process.
• Contribute to dual-use coherence.
